This is the Camera Status landing page.

Click the Organization dropdown in the top center of the page to filter within the hierarchy.

Click the Site dropdown in the top right corner of the page to filter by site.

Toggle Alerts in the first column to receive status updates for specific cameras. Select all cameras by toggling the slider in the title column.

Site Name is displayed in the second column, sorted alphabetically.

The Device Name column displays each camera's unique name (Site_Zone_Camera_4-digitID). The final 4 digits of the camera name matches the label on the corresponding camera enclosure.

Tip: Use the 4-digit ID as the name when communicating with site to locate the device.

Use the Image Quality column to alternate between Bad and Good image quality.

Tip: Toggle to Bad and this will alert anyone subscribed to this site or camera that the image quality is not acceptable. Use this feature to communicate with a site contact when corrective action is needed.

The Position field can be switched to indicate a camera has been rotated or moved.

Tip: Similar to the image quality button, toggling to Bad will alert anyone subscribed to this site or camera where the position of the camera has changed. Use this feature to communicate with a site contact when corrective action is needed.

The Hardware Last Health Check field identifies the last time the device was communicating with the portal. This information will display as red if the device did not communicate with the portal during the last health check.

The Status column displays as Down when a camera is not checking in with the portal. Cameras shown as Down will pause reporting on the associated piles.

Tip: A camera may be down for many reasons. Follow the troubleshooting steps to identify the issue.

Create Notes for individual cameras by selecting the notepad icon.

Tip: Use Notes to track information about the camera to identify recurring issues when troubleshooting or damage and any other changes to a device.

Click the Checkmark to save, or Trashcan to delete notes.
